This policy explains what information SaveAndPlay ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, and how it is used.

Information we collect

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, links clicked (including clicks on "View deal" buttons), device type, approximate location and referring site. This data is collected in aggregate. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or ad personalisation.

Messages you send. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply.

Email subscription. If you subscribe to our deal emails, we collect your email address. It is stored and the emails are sent by Brevo, our email service provider. We first send a message asking you to confirm your address, and we only add you to the list once you click the link. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address at any time. Our emails may contain affiliate links.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functions and for analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and similar) to tell visits apart. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept them. Visitors elsewhere can decline at any time. You can change your choice whenever you like with "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also read Google's privacy policy.

Some links on the site are affiliate links. When you click one, the store or affiliate network that runs the program may set a cookie, so that a purchase you make can be credited to us. These parties have their own privacy policies. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

How we use information

We use the information above to run and improve the site, understand which deals are useful, answer your messages, send the deal emails you signed up for and measure affiliate performance. We don't sell your personal information.

Third-party sites

SaveAndPlay links to game stores and other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices. When you buy from a store, your data is handled under that store's own policy.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted. To make a request, email contact@saveandplay.com.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
